Frequently asked questions about the catalogue
Answers on purchase and rental, quotes, installation and standard.
Can I buy or rent the equipment?
Both are possible. Add the equipment you want to the request list and state on the request page whether you want to buy or rent. You receive the terms with the quote.
How much does an item cost?
The price depends on the equipment, foundation, transport and installation. That is why you receive prices with a quote. The request is non-binding.
How does a request work?
You select the equipment you want from the catalogue, add it to the request list and send us your request. We will promptly get back to you with a non-binding quote.
Which locations is the equipment suitable for?
For parks, school grounds, senior centres, housing estates and company sites. The equipment is made of stainless steel and designed for year-round outdoor use. We are happy to work out with you which equipment suits your location.
What is the difference between an item and a series?
An item is a single product. A series, for example in rigs & racks, is a system with several models and often with individual elements for self-assembly. In a series you choose your model first.
Is installation included in the delivery?
Installation and foundation work are offered separately and depend on the location. We support you from the layout plan to acceptance.
Do you deliver and install throughout Switzerland?
Yes. We deliver, install and service installations in all regions of Switzerland. You receive advice, delivery, installation and maintenance from a single source.
Which standard applies to outdoor fitness equipment in Switzerland?
For public outdoor fitness equipment the European Standard EN 16630applies. It sets out safety requirements, load limits and test methods. All vGYM equipment is certified to this standard.
Haven’t found the right equipment?
Give us your number and a preferred time. We will call you back promptly and take your wish into account where possible. The time slot is not a firm booking.
