2. Why we do without a cookie banner

We respect your time and an undisturbed visit to our website. We do not use tracking cookies, marketing pixels or cross-device profiling. We use technical storage mechanisms (such as local storage for your request list) only where they are strictly necessary to enable a function you have actively requested (e.g. compiling a quote request). Under Swiss law (TCA) and the GDPR, no disruptive consent banner (cookie banner) is required for this, as long as we inform you fully and transparently – as in this policy.

We use the plugin Contact Form 7for the forms. Data is transmitted SSL-encrypted.

On vGYM.ch you can add various outdoor fitness equipment to an individual request list.

  • Technology: This selection is stored exclusively in the local storage of your browser. These are explicitly not cookies, and no personal data is transmitted to us or to third parties. Only technical item numbers are stored.
  • Purpose: The function is strictly necessary so that you can ultimately submit your configured installation to us as a complete package via the form.
  • Deletion: The data remains on your device. You can clear local storage at any time in your browser settings. Only by actively submitting the contact form (see point 4) are the selected items linked to your contact details.
